Summary:
The IT Tier 2 Support Technician will perform the following - Mobile Device Management (MDM).
Essential Job Functions:
- Client Configuration Management, End User Support. The duties will include planning, installation, maintenance during or after-work hours, troubleshooting, & managing all RSS servers & applications.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, & Active Directory.
- Familiar w/ Ivanti Management Suite (or equivalent ITSM Platforms, & Windows imaging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
- Substitute w/ 3+ years of experience
- Training, Certifications, EXP, & Clearance Requirements:
- IAT Level II (CCNA Security/CSA+, GICSP/GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) Cert. & applicable CE/OS Cert. & Knowledge of macOS/Windows/iOS
- Secret Clearance
The salary range for this position is $58,240.00 to $65,520.00 annually.
