Job Title: IT Logistics/Supply Technician

Hours: Regular Full-Time

Provides hands‑on technical support in the Technical Distribution Center (TDC), including imaging, staging, issuing, and lifecycle replacement of end‑user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices). Supports IT supply, inventory, and asset management functions in accordance with DLIFLC policies.

• Image and reimage laptops, desktops, and tablets for students, staff, and faculty (supporting lifecycle refresh of ~2,500 systems annually).
• Conduct hardware issuance, receiving, and warranty coordination (Return Material Authorization processing).
• Maintain IT asset inventory (over 10,000 devices), perform monthly inspections, and update online asset tracking systems.
• Support warehousing, shipping, and receiving functions for DLIFLC equipment.
• Respond to TDC service desk tickets, logging all requests in Ivanti within 15 minutes.
• Prepare and maintain paperwork for supply transactions, ensuring compliance with government property tracking standards.

• (AA/AS) in Information Technology
• or related field
• or High School Diploma with at least 2 years of hands‑on IT support/supply experience.

• CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification (imaging/desktop support)

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The ability to move files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary would be required.
