Campus IT Help Desk Graduate Assistant

A college's IT support department is seeking Graduate Assistants to provide technical support for the College and Institute communities. Responsibilities include resolving technology problems via phone, in person, and Zoom, and documenting steps taken in the TDX ticketing system. Candidates should have customer service experience and a strong technical background.
