CA-Tier 2​/Classroom Support-Secret Security Clearance

Sunayu, LLC has an exciting new opportunity to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). This role involves managing and modernizing the IT infrastructure that powers world‑class language instruction for the DLIFLC’s diverse academic community.

• Provide troubleshooting and assistance with classroom equipment, imaging, and repairs.
• Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
• Perform all Tier 2 IT support duties.
• Interact with Undergraduate School (UGE), helpdesk staff, DEVOPS, and network teams to restore service or identify and correct core problems.
• Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.

• Knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, and Active Directory.
• Education:
  
  BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5 + years experience, or AA/AS with 7 + years experience.
• Certifications:
  
  IAT Level I (A+, CND, Network+, SSCP, CCNA Security) and CE/OS Certification preferred.

This role is largely sedentary but requires occasional filing, moving files, opening filing cabinets, bending, and standing as necessary.

Salary range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s experience, education, key skills, and market considerations.
