Litigation​/Employment Law Associate Attorney - Fenton & Keller; Monterey

The Fenton & Keller law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with experience in civil litigation and/ or employment law. Ideal candidates have firsthand experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice,court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, class action defense, and trial work. Experience advisingemployers, conducting workplace investigations, and managing administrative claims is a plus. Strong research, writing, and client relationship skills are essential.

Salary Range: $115,000- $205,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunity.
