- Lead a crew of 2 to 4 technicians on daily job sites
- Ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to PM's quality standards
- Communicate directly with clients in a professional manner
- Train and mentor newer team members
- Report job progress and any issues to management
- 2 or more years of landscaping experience required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, clean record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Monterey County's plant types and climate a plus
