As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients in a Level 1 birthing center. You will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring the highest standards of care for mothers and their newborns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing care for patients in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Recovery
• Circulating in the OR and assisting with deliveries
• Managing patient care using EPIC charting system
• Floating to various units as needed, including L&D, Postpartum, PACU, and Mother Baby overflow
• Ensuring compliance with AWHONN guidelines and maintaining certifications
• Participating in unit-specific orientation and ongoing professional development

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years of L&D experience
• At least 3 travel assignments completed
• Comfort with EPIC charting and circulating in the OR
• Experience with LDRP and MBC environments
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Advanced AWHONN
• Strong skills in all areas of LDRP and willingness to float as needed
