A growing orthopedic practice on California’s Central Coast is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative surgical team in a beautiful coastal community near Monterey.

• Join an established team of 8 Orthopedic Surgeons, 2 Podiatrists, and 3 APPs
• Outpatient clinic located adjacent to Physical Therapy and minutes from the hospital
• Blend of outpatient clinic coverage, surgical first assist, and inpatient rounding
• Monday – Friday schedule, 8am–5pm
• No call responsibilities
• Strong physician mentorship and support staff

• Base salary: $171,000 – $183,000
• Additional wRVU productivity compensation
• 30 days PTO
• CME: $2,000 + 5 days

• Minimum 12 months of surgical experience post training preferred
• At least one orthopedic rotation during training – New Grads welcome to apply!
• Must meet surgical first assist credentialing requirements with 25 documented cases within the past 24 months
