Endocrinology NP needed near Monterey CA.

Start Date:

ASAP. Pay Rate: $158,000 - $193,000 plus productivity. Monday to Friday, 8-5, no call. Outpatient only – adults (18+).

• Established, team-based practice

• 2 Endocrinologists (adding a 3rd)
• 5 Advanced Practice Providers + 3 CDCES
• Pediatric Endocrinology partnership with UCSF Pediatric Endocrinology
• Dedicated Social Worker

• Manage endocrine and diabetes care in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with physicians and diabetes educators
• Focus on follow-ups, treatment plans, and care coordination

• Nurse Practitioner license
• Spanish language proficiency required
• Open to new grads or experienced providers
• Strong clinical and communication skills

• 30 days PTO
• $2,000 CME + 5 additional days
