Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule

Day Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with a minimum of one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The ideal candidate will possess an active California nursing license and demonstrate proficiency in using Net Health (Rehab Optima).

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Administer medications and manage patient care plans in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and communicate changes to the care team.

• At least one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Active Registered Nurse license in California.
• Knowledge of Net Health (Rehab Optima).
