A well‑established, mission‑driven health system on California's Central Coast is seeking a Spanish‑speaking Nurse Practitioner to join its growing Family Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment while serving a diverse community with outstanding clinical support and exceptional work‑life balance.
Position Highlights- 100% outpatient Family Medicine
- 4‑day workweek (4×10 schedule)
- No call
- Care for patients of all ages
- Established practice with immediate patient volume
- Base salary: $132,000‑$144,000 + productivity incentives
- Dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider
- Collaborative team of Family Medicine physicians, APPs, and Pediatrics
- NHSC Student Loan Repayment eligible site
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- Malpractice coverage provided
- 401(k) with employer contribution
- 17 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 8 paid holidays
- $2,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days
