LVN Position
Under the leadership of the department director and assistant director and under the direction and clinical supervision of the physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician's Assistant, the LVN is responsible for assisting in the treatment of patients by performing medical supportive services for a licensed physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician's Assistant. Clinical duties include but are not limited to, vital signs, administration of vaccinations, observation post medication/vaccination administration, and specified testing (e.g. vision).
In addition, this position may be assigned to office duties including data entry/retrieval, maintenance of the employee health record, reception/scheduling, assistance with health events, and clerical support.
Previous experience with employee health, occupational medicine, and/or urgent care is preferred. Ability to speak effectively with customers, patients, or employees of organization. Must maintain strict patient confidentiality, adhering to all privacy guidelines and regulations. Familiar with a PC and basic software, such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, etc. Must be able to accurately and effectively enter and retrieve patient data from electronic systems.
Level of education sufficient to obtain CA LVN license.
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification is required. State of California LVN license required.

The hours employees work determine when a shift differential is paid.
Hourly Evening Shift Differential: $2.76
Hourly Night Shift Differential: $4.13
