Sephora, a leading beauty retailer under the LVMH family, invites an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, driving sales, and fostering a high‑performing team. The role focuses on client service excellence, sales performance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Help develop and implement strategies to grow store sales and profitability.
- Coordinate sales performance, service, and operational metrics.
- Coach and motivate associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals, manage development plans, and provide continuous feedback.
- Support leadership collaboration to achieve store objectives.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through excellent service and complaint resolution.
- Maintain store visual merchandising, condition, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, resource allocation, staffing, and overall productivity.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3–5 years managing high‑volume, complex retail or hospitality settings.
- Strong leadership, business acumen, and client‑management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- A talent for attracting, identifying, and inspiring employees.
- Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
- Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work on the sales floor for an entire shift.
- Adherence to Sephora’s dress code and Employee Handbook policies.
