Overview

Sephora, a leading beauty retailer under the LVMH family, invites an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, driving sales, and fostering a high‑performing team. The role focuses on client service excellence, sales performance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Help develop and implement strategies to grow store sales and profitability.
  • Coordinate sales performance, service, and operational metrics.
  • Coach and motivate associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, manage development plans, and provide continuous feedback.
  • Support leadership collaboration to achieve store objectives.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through excellent service and complaint resolution.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising, condition, and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels, resource allocation, staffing, and overall productivity.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
  • 3–5 years managing high‑volume, complex retail or hospitality settings.
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, and client‑management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • A talent for attracting, identifying, and inspiring employees.
  • Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
  • Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work on the sales floor for an entire shift.
  • Adherence to Sephora’s dress code and Employee Handbook policies.
Compensation & Benefits

The annual base salary range is $68,640.00–$74,908.00, with bonuses possible.
