Whole Foods Market - Up to $35.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.;
Leads and coaches Team Members; selects, trains, and evaluates staff; conducts performance evaluations.;
Partners with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets; analyzes sales reports and labor data.;
Maintains vendor relationships and ensures proper paperwork for vendor processing.;
Acts as point person and departmental lead in absence of Team Leader; ensures high standards of retail execution and customer service.
