As a Trauma Sales Representative you work with a high degree of intensity and commitment to sell Stryker Trauma products that meet our customers’ needs. You become the resident trauma expert while engaging a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals. Your role involves organizing materials, quickly providing solution options during operating‑room or emergency‑room consultations, and managing an inventory of products.

You build credibility with surgeons by demonstrating deep product knowledge, including competitor offerings, and by providing advice and training. You support patients’ lives through every interaction and live out the mission to change healthcare.

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two).
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals in respective areas is beneficial.
• Comfortable operating in emergency/operating room environments.
• Ability to attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours as required.
• Adherence to compliance and the principles of responsibility (Adva Med) by maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and ethics; reporting non‑compliance; and following applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation, licensure requirements, and company policies and procedures.

This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
