What You'll Do- Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial garage doors and openers throughout the No
Cal area. - Deliver exceptional customer service with every job—explaining repairs, educating customers, and building trust.
- Conduct accurate inspections and ensure all work meets safety codes and brand standards.
- Document job details with photos, notes, and recommendations for seamless operations.
- Provide upgrade recommendations and identify opportunities for additional value-add services.
- Represent our brand with professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship.
- Valid driver's license + clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude; garage door experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic hand/power tools safely.
- Reliability, positive attitude, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and comfort using mobile dispatch technology (Service Titan experience a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
