Part Time Temporary

Provide general administrative assistance to faculty in the Music and Theatre Department. Flexible work hours.

• Prepare bulk mailings by printing/coping documents, preparing labels, folding letters, and stuffing envelopes.
• Organize and file documents.
• Assist with maintaining, retrieving and filing music collections.
• Organize office/classroom spaces and equipment.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Good organization skills.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Eye for detail and accuracy.
