Provide general administrative assistance to faculty in the Music and Theatre Department. Flexible work hours.
Responsibilities- Prepare bulk mailings by printing/coping documents, preparing labels, folding letters, and stuffing envelopes.
- Organize and file documents.
- Assist with maintaining, retrieving and filing music collections.
- Organize office/classroom spaces and equipment.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities- Good organization skills.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Eye for detail and accuracy.
