Job Duties

* Assist with requests for student identification cards

* Basic report writing requests to support departmental and institutional needs

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure report accuracy

* Perform testing for updates to various software solutions to identify issues and verify functionality

* Document testing results and communicate findings to the appropriate teams for resolution

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

* Ability to demonstrate a high level of dependability;

* Ability to interact with students, faculty and staff in a positive and effective way;

* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;

* A positive team-player attitude with a desire to help patrons.

Preferred Major Licenses, Certification or Registrations

* Computer Science or Data Analytics major

* Eligible for Work Study
