Ready Mix Driver I

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites in a timely manner.
• Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to maintain safe operating conditions.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries.
• Operate delivery equipment and manage concrete placement while following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and uphold safety, quality, and customer service standards.

• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow all applicable traffic and safety regulations.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service excellence.
• Capability to perform vehicle inspections, basic equipment care, and routine documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or ability to meet licensing requirements for the position.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
• Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus , payable after 90 days of successful employment.
