Industrial Painter — Power Plant​/Industrial Facility; NOT Residential

Prime Crew Solutions is hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for work inside an active industrial facility. This is NOT residential or commercial painting. We are seeking a skilled professional who can independently assess assigned jobs, determine the proper preparation and materials needed, and complete work safely and efficiently.

• English NOT required

• Prepare surfaces using grinding, sanding, scraping, power tools, or other appropriate methods

• Paint structural steel, piping, tanks, machinery, floors, and facility components

• Select proper materials, tools, and equipment based on the job requirements

• Operate spray equipment, rollers, and brushes for industrial applications

• Perform touch-ups, maintenance painting, and full surface painting projects

• Work from work orders, instructions, or site supervisor direction

• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and durability

• Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and safe

• Work safely at heights, in confined spaces, and around heavy equipment

• House painting

• Apartment painting

• Office painting

• Decorative painting

Industrial facility experience is required.

• Proven experience as an Industrial Painter REQUIRED

• Ability to determine proper preparation methods and materials for assigned tasks

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Physically capable of demanding work (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods)

• Comfortable working in hot, dusty, noisy environments

• Ability to wear required PPE and respirator

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding

• Reliable transportation

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Power plants, refineries, manufacturing facilities, or heavy industry

• Experience painting structural steel, equipment, and industrial surfaces

Active industrial site. Conditions may include:

• High heat

• Loud noise

• Dust and debris

• Elevated work areas

• Confined spaces
