Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated HR Assistant to support seamless daily HR operations and provide administrative support to the Employee Relations team. This role plays a vital part in creating a positive employee experience across the organization.
Qualifications- 4‑year college degree preferred, preferably in HR
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources, data entry, or a service‑related background
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently without direct daily supervision
- Maintain a desk manual documenting job responsibilities and events to ensure all tasks are completed professionally, organized, and timely.
- Prepare and distribute all necessary information for Board meetings ahead of time.
- Support employee relations activities to meet company and department goals, including reservations, handicap parking assignment, employment verification, mortgage verifications, and other projects as assigned.
- Order and distribute service pins.
- Serve as Safety Evacuation Coordinator (quarterly).
- Act as notary for the department.
- Communicate effectively, be timely, and provide solutions while serving with kindness.
