EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / PROJECT MANAGER
MONTGOMERY, AL
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and communications
- Serve as liaison between executives, staff, clients, and vendors
- Coordinate and track projects from initiation through completion
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and status reporting
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive briefings
- Monitor budgets, invoices, and project-related expenses
- Organize internal meetings, agendas, and follow-up action items
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3–7+ years executive support, project coordination, or similar experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and collaboration tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
