Part-Time Project Coordinator
Alabama State University, Academic Affairs, College of Health Sciences, invites applications for a part-time Project Coordinator for Evaluating Trunk Function Grant. The successful candidate will manage grant activities, assist with student and participant recruitment, order supplies, assist in assessing the project progress and maintain a project calendar.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit graduate and undergraduate student research assistants
- Order supplies and materials for use in the project
- Ensure students are tracking time in Time Clock+
- Develop and maintain the schedule for students working on the project and maintain the project's calendar
- Collect and maintain data related to project assessment
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Training and experience in People Soft, and university processes are preferred.
