The Supply Chain Management department within the Harbert College of Business is accepting applications for an undergraduate student employee. This position provides front-desk coverage in the Center for Supply Chain Innovation (CSCI) Suite and supports the MAcc Graduate Assistant with career-event coordination, procurement documentation, inventory records, and Salesforce data entry.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for students, employers, and visitors to the CSCI Suite, answering questions and directing individuals appropriately.
- Assist the MAcc Graduate Assistant with career fair coordination tasks, including schedules, income and expense tracking, and event logistics.
- Assist with merchandise and gift procurement tasks to ensure records, invoices, and inventory are accurately documented and maintained.
- Support Salesforce data entry and basic reporting, including employer engagement activity updates and internship related information tracking.
- Maintain orderly front desk operations, including supplies, signage, shared calendars, and visitor processes.
