Part-Time Receptionist

Who’s Right for the Job?

We are looking for an energetic, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist (or as we like to call it, our First Impressionist). In our dealership, you are the face and voice of the organization. You will welcome guests, manage a high-volume multi-line phone system, route inquiries to the correct departments (Sales, Service, or Parts), and handle essential administrative tasks to keep the front desk running smoothly.

Qualifications

and Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience handling a multi-line phone system.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • SATURDAYS ARE REQUIRED!
