Position: Back Office Document Verification (English & French)

Main Duties
  • Checking customer documents for all orders Verified :
  • Checking that , driving license and proof of address uploaded by customer are approved documents according to our guidelines
  • Checking that , driving license and proof of address are consistent with order details
  • In case documents are not OK, filling a Gform to request the FR team to take over and contact the customer
  • Use a local web app to automatically generate administrative documents from a Google Sheets
  • Send email template to FR customers with the administrative documents for them to check
  • After an additional training - checking multiple data points to control the administrative conformity of trade-ins
Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate in English, French is a plus;
  • At least some experience in a back office/data entry/quality job;
  • Professionalism, precision, reliability and high attention to detail;
  • Basic PC skills, G-Mail and Google sheets is a benefit
  • Quality focused mentality
