Seeking Bookkeeper (part-time): We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper in the office. This position will include performing monthly reconciliations, monitoring budgets, creating reports for the pastor as needed and quarterly finance council meetings, working with the appeals ministry, assist donors with creating online giving account when needed, and some other basic office duties.
Skills we are seeking are someone who has/is:
- 3 years of bookkeeping experience (preferred).
- Familiarity/proficiency with Intuit Quick Books (preferred).
- Proficiency with creating excel spreadsheets and reports.
- Basic phone and computer skills (typing, emailing, Microsoft Office).
- Organized and good time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Catholic (preferred).
