Sales Administrator Position
Four-Star Freightliner is the Southeast region's leading heavy and medium-duty truck dealer that offers a comprehensive line of Freightliner and Western Star brand trucks for both highway and vocational use. We are looking for a dependable, professional & detail-oriented person with experience in Sales Administrative to add to the team in our Montgomery dealership. Come and work for a WINNING team!
The Sales Administrator provides support to Sales team in our GUR (Government, Utility & Refuse) department by performing a number of administrative tasks.
- Weekly Delivery Reports
- Invoicing
- Enter, file, and maintain MSO's
- Warranty Registrations
- Issuing PO's for GUR truck items
- Closing Deals (Final Docs)
- Distribute Daily and interdepartmental Mails
- Consistent Communication with GUR customers
- Maintain front Sales office supplies as needed
- Any additional administrative duty as required

Required
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in administrative support role and or Sales Support role for at least 2 years.
Additional Eligibility
Qualifications:
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Proceed is a plus
- Customer Service experience plus
- Professionalism
