We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Homecare Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Montgomery, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing staffing schedules to ensure that our clients receive timely and quality homecare services.

• Coordinate and schedule homecare staff assignments based on client needs and staff availability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage staffing requests, shift changes, and last-minute scheduling adjustments.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new homecare staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and address any staffing issues promptly.
• Utilize scheduling software and tools to optimize staff allocation.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, or homecare industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
