Helping Hearts Senior Care is looking for a Homecare Staffing Coordinator
As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in making sure our clients receive the quality care they deserve by connecting them with dependable, compassionate caregivers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments
- Match staff availability with client care needs
- Handle shift changes and last-minute staffing needs
- Communicate with clients, caregivers, and management
- Maintain accurate staffing records and documentation
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers
- Help resolve scheduling challenges quickly and professionally
- Ensure staffing practices follow company policies and requirements
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator
- Dependable and professional
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- A problem-solver who can think on their feet
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
Previous staffing, scheduling, recruiting, or homecare experience is a plus!
