BR09- MONTGOMERY, AL.

• Customer & Inventory Management:
  Provide exceptional customer support; accurately process parts inquiries, orders, and returns; assist customers in identifying optimal parts solutions; build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Parts Sourcing & Distribution:
  Coordinate and fulfill daily parts orders and drop shipments; maintain real-time inventory accuracy; conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliations; optimize parts storage and retrieval processes.
• Operational & Administrative Support:
  Process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation; support vendor and supplier coordination for procurement and pricing strategies; manage fleet parts and service-related inventory needs; utilize ERP and inventory management systems.
• Warehouse & Logistics Coordination:
  Manage parts receiving, stocking, and distribution; operate forklifts and material handling equipment; maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Growth & Continuous Improvement:
  Stay updated on industry trends and technologies; identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and cost-effectiveness; collaborate with service, sales, and logistics teams to optimize workflow.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience:
  
  3-5 years in parts support or service within the material handling or forklift industry; experience with heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive parts is a plus.
• Technical Expertise:
  Understanding of forklift systems (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical) with diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer Focus:
  Ability to deliver outstanding service, build relationships, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Problem-Solving:
  Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to adapt and implement solutions.
• Organization & Multitasking:
  Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain efficiency under pressure.
