Responsibilities
- Collaborates cross‑functional teams to improve business planning methods.
- Executes key line of business initiatives, growth strategies, and programs that drive line of business objectives.
- Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
- Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes.
- Helps design strategic plans based on forecasts and provides improvement recommendations.
- Understands business direction and needs, and develops solutions, roadmaps, and assessments of potential business impacts.
- Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and help achieve business goals.
- Works with key decision makers to ensure cross‑business and cross‑functional alignment and synergy.
- Serves as a subject‑matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
- Strong professional background in project coordination/management.
- Significant experience with scope of work review and quote obtainment.
- Understanding of invoicing and finance protocol and processing.
- Track and report on cost overhead detailing efficiencies, cost avoidance, and cost savings.
- Work with various lines of business to manage budgets and forecast costs for monthly reporting.
- Engage in the identification, due diligence, and onboarding of new vendor processes.
- Assist in preparing all materials for any committee approvals required to support new project funding requests.
- Review and approve vendor proposals in accordance with contract pricing and line of business standards.
- Manage vendor service request volumes, service level agreement compliance, and quality of installation.
- Develop reporting packages that illustrate equipment upgrades, spend, work status, and timelines for completion.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver to deadlines.
- Solid attention to detail in managing Physical Security protection standards.
- Must have technical expertise in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree, with 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required.
