The Associate Manager of the Contract Operations and Customer Pricing team is a critical role reporting to the Sr Director of Contract Operations and Customer Pricing within the Global Market Access Organization. This position oversees chargeback and membership operational processes, leads a team of three, and continuously seeks innovative collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities- Attend external meetings and events to stay current on market landscape changes.
- Provide day‑to‑day monitoring and support for REGNs GPO operations.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all GPO rebate claims.
- Lead data validation activities and administer rebate operations.
- Process GPO rebate payments with compliance to all applicable requirements.
- Validate all rebate invoices and manage receipt, logging, and verification.
- Resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with GPOs and SDs.
- Support GPO activities in partnership with OADs.
- Collaborate with Insights & Analytics and Commercial IT to build infrastructure and tools for rebate dashboards and analytical models.
- Provide vendor management for the Eylea Physician Discount Program and GPO strategy.
- Lead, onboard, and coach a team of Trade Contract Analysts responsible for GPO programs and contract‑pricing alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum six years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills with executive leaders worldwide.
- Demonstrated experience leading chargeback operations.
- On‑site availability at the Sleepy Hollow office a few days each week.
