Data Analyst
Collect, validate, and analyze production and equipment performance data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Support root cause analysis and equipment improvement projects through statistical analysis and trend identification. Create automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting efforts. Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) related to production and downtime, quality, and maintenance activities.
Assist in data cleanup, standardization, and database management efforts. Support management presentations by preparing data-driven summaries and recommendations. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods. Experience with production systems MES, SAP, or manufacturing databases. Familiarity with VBA, Python, or other automation tools.
