This dual‑capacity position ensures compliance with Alabama licensing requirements while providing hands‑on leadership in the field to drive safe, efficient, and high‑quality project execution.

• Serve as the qualifying party for K&A EPC, LLC’s Alabama General Contractor license in accordance with Alabama Licensing Board for General Contractors requirements.
• Maintain active license status and ensure all company activities comply with state regulations.
• Represent the company in licensing matters, inspections, and board communications.

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities for projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance on all job sites.
• Review and approve project plans, drawings, and work methods.
• Lead and mentor on‑site teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and provide regular status updates to leadership.

• Active Alabama General Contractor license in good standing.
• Eligible to serve as a qualifying party under Alabama law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in power/energy infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Alabama building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and complex projects.
• Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project delivery.
• Familiarity with substation, transmission line, collector system, and BESS construction.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs.
