Senior Construction Project Manager

SDAC builds complex civil and infrastructure projects the right way — with strong field leadership, solid planning, and a focus on safety and accountability. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who knows heavy civil work, can lead teams in the field and the office, and takes pride in delivering quality projects on time and on budget.

This role is for someone who understands dirt, concrete, utilities, schedules, and people — and can manage all of it without losing sight of the big picture.

• Manage large civil construction projects end to end
• Oversee schedules, budgets, costs, and manpower
• Lead PMs, Superintendents, crews, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, DOT, inspectors, and municipalities
• Review plans, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quantities
• Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and compliance
• Lead project meetings and closeout activities

• 10+ years civil construction PM experience
• Heavy civil / DOT / municipal project background
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• Strong leadership and field experience
• Ability to read civil plans and manage budgets/schedules
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
