Superintendent, Construction

Webb Builders is a mid-level design build firm serving Central Alabama and expanding rapidly into additional markets.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Millbrook, AL, for a Superintendent at Webb Builders, Inc. The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring project compliance with plans and regulations, monitoring materials and resources, and maintaining effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

• Strong project management and site supervision skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
• Experience in managing subcontractors, understanding construction processes, and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations, as well as risk management capabilities
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction project software and other management tools
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail to ensure adherence to timelines and high work standards
• Prior experience in a supervisory construction role is required
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred
