• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Assist with excavation, trenching, and back filling
• Support equipment operators and skilled trades
• Operate forklifts or other equipment under supervision
• Set up, clean, and maintain job sites
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
• Work as part of a team to keep jobs moving

• Ability to perform physical work outdoors
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work on uneven surfaces
• Willing to work long hours, weekends, and overtime
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Construction or heavy equipment experience is a plus
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work with a crew
• Willing to travel to job sites
