Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in overseeing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment towards successful project completion
• Ensure proper project close-outs, including handoff to warranty department
• Monitor project conditions and submit Change Proposals as needed

• Advanced organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of scheduling software—MS Project
• OSHA
  30 certification
• Familiarity with Pro Core, Asana, TSheets
• Basic purchasing and contract management knowledge
• Responsible for personnel supervision related tasks if applicable

Demonstrates advanced organizational and problem-solving capabilities while effectively coordinating project resources and ensuring successful project completion. Proficient in communication and familiar with project management tools to facilitate project oversight and close-outs.
