- Coordinate and manage project documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery
- Ensure quality assurance compliances are met across all project phases
- Support energy guarantee reporting processes and maintain accurate records
- Maintain alignment with federal requirements
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders to keep projects organized and on schedule
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contractual obligations
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or project administration
- Prior experience in commercial construction environments
- BS degree preferred
