I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in banking, which helped build my passion for customer service, relationship‑building, and helping people make informed financial decisions.

Community involvement is a huge part of who we are as an agency. I stay active with the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce and volunteer through my local church. • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
