Location:

Montgomery, AL, 36104

Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension)

Pay Rate: $30 - $36/Hr. on W2

Shift Timing: 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Position Summary

The individual in this position will support the Customer Accounting and Customer Service operations within the Business Office. This role will also provide assistance to the Call Center Department as needed to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and promote a safe and professional working environment.
  • Provide support to front-line customer service representatives.
  • Assist with daily cash handling, balancing, and reconciliation processes.
  • Support front-line staff in managing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist with kiosk and payment transactions.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven accuracy and accountability in cash handling.
  • Solid computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to take appropriate action.
