CSR- In office Sales Representative

Brief Description

Full‑time insurance associate providing professional, courteous service to internal and external customers, answering policy questions, accepting payments, and supporting marketing initiatives. The role includes vehicle inspections, photography, bank run deposits, and other assigned tasks.

• Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answers any questions regarding customers’ policies
• Accepts payments and processes transactions
• Identifies any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
• Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Handles vehicle inspections (FNOL) and takes vehicle pictures (requires squatting, bending, flexing)
• Conducts bank run deposits
• Supports marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis
• Maintains a neat and clean work area and office
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, and able to provide a first‑rate experience for customers
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

• High School Diploma (required)
• Previous customer service experience is helpful
