I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in banking, which helped build my passion for customer service, relationship‑building, and helping people make informed financial decisions.

Community involvement is a huge part of who we are as an agency. I stay active with the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce and volunteer through my local church. Our office regularly participates in food drives, turkey giveaways, feeding the homeless, and other community events because giving back is something we genuinely value.

As a Customer Service Representative
- State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyna Carter
- State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
