Customer Care Representative
Location:
Montgomery AL 36104 Duration: 36 Months Shift Timing:
Mon – Fri 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM EST
Manages large volume of incoming phone calls.
Generates sales leads.
Identifies and assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Provides accurate, valid, and complete customer information.
Meets service team sales targets and call management quotas.
Manages customer complaints.
Provides appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Follows up to ensure resolution.
Keeps records of customer interactions.
Files documents.
Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
