Bomb Party is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support English and Spanish-speaking customers at our Montgomery, AL site. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, processing orders and providing product information with accuracy and empathy.
Work is on-site with a Second Shift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and occasional overtime. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
