Wind Creek Montgomery is seeking a Teleservices Agent II to serve as the first point of contact and set the tone for guest experiences across Wind Creek properties. You will handle calls, chats, SMS, and emails, and use multiple systems to answer inquiries and book reservations for hotels, spas, dining, and events.
You will proactively upsell and cross-sell amenities, work with marketing teams on VIP reservations, and ensure excellent hospitality.
