Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide information about bank products and services
- Assist customers with account opening, closing, and maintenance
- Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of bank documents used in opening new accounts
- Working knowledge of bank consumer products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Moderate computer skills
