Montgomery Dental Assistant School is hiring a Part‑time Dental Assistant Instructor to teach our 12‑week hands‑on clinical training programs.

• Schedule:
  
  Saturdays, 7:00 am – 6:15 pm (breaks included). Teaching schedule may vary based on morning and/or afternoon class availability.
• Location:
  
  Montgomery, AL (In‑Person)
• Compensation: $21–$23 hr, depending on experience

• Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
• Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
• Coach students during hands‑on lab practice
• Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
• Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
• Foster a supportive, structured learning environment

Dental assistants — DA, RDA, or EFDA — who want to keep practicing during the week while stepping into a mentorship role on Saturdays and who are ready to make an impact beyond the chair.

• 5+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience (DA, RDA, or EFDA welcome)
• Active Radiology Certification
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience
• Able to commute to location(s)

Nice‑to‑haves: prior teaching or mentoring experience, Dentrix familiarity, leadership background.
